Role Summary
Virmar Manpower Services Corp. - Cavite Branch seeks a motivated and skilled receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming phone calls, and maintaining the overall tidiness of the reception area.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization
- Provide accurate information to clients and visitors
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
- Control access to the office by monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges
- Order front office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations as needed
- Keep records of office expenses and costs

Requirements
- Female applicants only
- Not more than 35 years old
- At least 2 years in college, any course
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service oriented
