Key Responsibilities:

  2. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  4. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, Office Management, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with computer software and applications.
