The RoleWe're seeking a skilled AI engineer to join our team and drive innovation in automating processes using cutting-edge technologies. This challenging role requires a strong technical background and a passion for developing high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our leadership to identify pain points, prioritize ROI, and establish success metrics that drive business value.
- Design and deploy AI-first utilities or integrate them into our existing products, measuring their impact on efficiency and productivity.
- Debug front-end, back-end, and infrastructure issues when agents misbehave, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data, adhering to zero-tolerance policies for security regressions.
- Monitor and test bleeding-edge models, frameworks, and agent designs to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Proven experience in building and shipping scalable software products, with a strong focus on reliability and maintainability.
- Production experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration, demonstrating expertise in automating complex processes.
- A rapid prototyping reflex, capable of delivering features within hours, not days, to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Previous automation work that has delivered tangible business value, showcasing the ability to drive measurable results.
- A security mindset for handling sensitive data, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Self-directed and relentless in pursuing the latest AI learning opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Experience hyper-growth firsthand, having grown from 0 to 350 paying clients in just 17 months.
