AI Operations Specialist

We are seeking an organized and resourceful AI Operations Specialist to support our supply partner operations.

  • The ideal candidate will assist with onboarding, testing, and scaling supply partners, including preparing meeting notes, trackers, and follow-ups.
  • They will also support partner communications to ensure accurate setup and alignment on performance goals.
  • Collaboration with internal teams is key to translating objectives into clear, actionable workflows, leveraging AI tools and simple automations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and test new supply partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and workflows to improve transparency and accountability.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for summarizing calls, drafting templates, and organizing documentation.
  • Set up and maintain simple automations (Zapier, Make, Google Workspace scripts) to reduce manual work.

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience in Google Suite, Slack, and HubSpot.
  • Experience with AI tools and automations.
  • High durable skills, resourceful, autonomous, proactive.
  • Understanding of Marketing and Paid Media KPIs.
