Job Overview:
Virtual Assistant Team LeadThis role is crucial in ensuring the success of our virtual assistants and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
The Virtual Assistant Team Lead manages day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for a team of medical client-VA pairs. This includes creating task lists for productivity and profitability, partnering with clients to grow their businesses, and managing medical client-VA relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will require at least three years of experience in healthcare/medical management/remote management, a degree in a medical or healthcare-related field (preferred), and highly proficient English language skills.
You must also be able to perform under pressure, work effectively in a team environment, and possess a growth mindset. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is essential.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for a team of medical client-VA pairs
