Job Opportunity:

As a specialist in freight forwarding sales support, you will play a key role in identifying prospective customers and closing deals through telemarketing and lead conversion. Your exceptional communication skills and knowledge of import and export operations will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Telemarketing: Perform outbound calls to set appointments and follow up daily to confirm them.
  2. Lead Conversion: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  3. Client Management: Maintain accurate records of client information in the CRM system.
  4. Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Sales Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using cargo management systems such as CargoWise or similar software.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or related fields.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
