Job Summary:

Attract top talent and make a lasting impact as a Talent Sourcing Specialist. As a vital member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring exceptional candidates across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates via multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conducting initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate databases and tracking key recruitment metrics to ensure efficient hiring processes.
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Assisting with job advertising and targeting posts to the right audience.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear and prompt communication.

Requirements:

  • Passion for connecting with people and understanding their backgrounds and experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on all recruitment activities.
  • Able to quickly learn about various roles and communicate the company's needs to candidates.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
  • Flexibility with work arrangements, with at least 4 hours overlap with EST (8 AM to 12 NN ET).
