Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Recruitment Marketing Supervisor to lead our North American talent attraction functions and team, working remotely from Manila. Your primary goal will be to align your efforts with the USA/Canada workforce.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive sourcing plans to optimize budget and maximize applicant flow for high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive effective marketing programs and achieve return on investment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including job boards, internet media, collateral providers, community partners, and staffing agencies.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff, promoting personal and team growth.
  • Partner with procurement teams, accounting, and finance to ensure accurate and timely departmental marketing budgets, reporting, and accounting practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage remote teams and collaborate with global stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving, critical thinking, and consultative mindset.
