Senior Team Lead: Talent Acquisition Opportunity
About the RoleThis senior team lead position offers a unique chance to excel in talent acquisition, leading and developing a group of recruiters and sourcing specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction and support to help them achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Manage team performance and set the standard for the team.
- Implement performance management strategies to monitor and improve team member performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and compensation strategies.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Provide continuous development for the team through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of successfully leading a team, with a strong understanding of performance management, proficiency with recruitment software, and excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
