Job Title: Inventory Planning and Control Specialist

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee inventory planning and control for our business. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • The Inventory Planning and Control Specialist will be responsible for monitoring POS terminal inventory, forecasting requirements for reordering, and ensuring timely and accurate data gathering, encoding, and preparation of reports needed for inventory planning and control.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing forecasts and ordering POS terminals and peripherals based on merchant acquiring projections and obtaining proper approval for arrangement and delivery.
  • Replenishing POS-related items to service providers based on identified requirements.
  • Accounting for all POS terminals and peripherals delivered by suppliers and securing them in designated storage areas within our premises.
  • Validating required documents and obtaining proper approvals for issuing POS-related items to service providers to support installation and service requests.
  • Monitoring and updating POS terminal inventory statistics regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any four-year course in business or finance is highly preferred.
  • At least 3 years of related experience in MIS analytics is mandatory.
  • Background in procurement and inventory management is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work onsite in Ortigas is necessary.
