Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Control Specialist to oversee the inventory process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing schedules and attendance of employees, ensuring the division is staffed with skilled manpower, and effectively managing storage and picking locations.

Key responsibilities include supervising physical counts, reconciling with data storage systems, and providing reports to the Warehouse Lead for internal performance reporting.

Requirements
  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
  • Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
  • Keen with details and has a background in process improvement
  • Good in math and problem solving skills
  • Knowledgeable with MS (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and Google Applications (Google Sheets, Google Doc, Google Slides)
