We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and lead generation tools.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects to drive sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts in alignment with client needs and company policies.
- Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress towards targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts and address client needs.
- Share insights and feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with sales in a specific industry or market.
- Knowledge of contract management and procurement processes.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
