AI Innovator Position

We are seeking a talented AI innovator to lead the development and application of artificial intelligence models and algorithms to enhance business operations.

This role includes providing strategic oversight for a portfolio of AI projects, designing and optimizing machine learning models and AI systems, and creating and refining prompts for AI models to improve output relevance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience delivering AI-enabled products and solutions, preferably in a regulated industry such as financial services.

The successful candidate will also possess strong ability to develop and optimize AI models across multiple platforms, cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and AI systems to enhance performance and automation.
  • Create and refine prompts for AI models to improve output relevance and efficiency.
  • Assess AI model performance and suggest improvements.
  • Lead research, analysis, and experimentation on AI applications within the organization.
  • Provide recommendations to decision-makers based on AI research findings.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience delivering AI-enabled products and solutions.
  • Strong ability to develop and optimize AI models across multiple platforms.
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
