About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our delivery center, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytical Problem-Solving and Solution Enhancement: Identify, analyze, and propose improvements to existing software solutions.
  • Comprehensive Engagement Across Process Phases: Involvement in every step of the process, from design, development, testing, release changes and troubleshoot where necessary.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Innovative Coding Solutions: Drive key discussions with stakeholders and analyze the current landscape for opportunities to operate and code creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in application development using Java Web (J2EE) and REST Web Service.
  • Experience in Vue.JS, DB SQL (DB2).
  • Proficient in Japanese Language - reading, writing, speaking, listening.
  • Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any location.
