As a visionary leader, you will drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions that enhance business performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. You will provide strategic insights, build up-to-date analytical capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to explore and adopt new analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies ensuring the solutions are scalable and add value to the organization.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of analytics solutions to address business challenges and ensure the implementation of best practices in data analytics, data governance, and data management.
  • Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics models, including predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Work continuously on exploring new data sources and fresh concepts/ideas to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Provide data-driven strategic insights, opportunities, and thought leadership to partners in order to achieve or surpass company objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any business, statistical, or mathematical course.
  • At least 8 years of analytical and financial services experience with credit card industry experience preferred.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Strong ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams in order to drive optimal business solutions through collaboration.
  • Demonstrates ability to plan and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining standards of quality.
  • Strong working knowledge of programming and database facility software such as SAS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Possesses project management skills to focus on multiple key priorities and drive impactful business solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to proactively address business questions with innovative data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities: ability to process, analyze, and interpret statistical data and recommend actions based on the available information.
