We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive the growth of our B2B SaaS solutions.

- Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Provide timely feedback to product and leadership teams on customer needs, market shifts, and emerging trends to inform roadmap and strategy.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using a structured and data-driven approach.
- Create compelling value propositions that demonstrate how our SaaS solutions solve marketplace pain points.
- Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations with client-side senior stakeholders.
- Maintain deep relationships across marketplace platforms and ecosystem enablers to identify co-selling, co-marketing, and integration opportunities.
- Continuously identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and modules across existing accounts.
- Represent the company at key e-commerce and marketing tech events to strengthen our network and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or related roles - preferably in B2B SaaS, martech, or e-commerce tech.
- Strong track record in acquiring and growing enterprise accounts, ideally within the marketplace or retail e-commerce space.
- Deep understanding of Southeast Asia's marketplace ecosystem and how brands grow across these platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of quantitative analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
