Job Title: Category Business Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Category Business Leader to drive category growth, profitability, and product strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and execute category roadmaps to drive sales and profitability.
  • • Analyze market trends, consumer demand, and sales patterns to inform decision-making.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on stock levels, product launches, and supplier coordination.
  • • Source and introduce new products aligned with current market trends.
  • • Manage product assortment, stock rotation, and product lifecycle.
  • • Oversee supplier contracts and manage external partnerships.
Requirements:
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • • At least 5 years of experience in product or category management, preferably in electronics or retail.
  • • Strong understanding of sales data, forecasting, and category performance analysis.
  • • Excellent communication and supplier negotiation skills.
  • • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
