Workforce Specialist

We're redefining the future of work for companies worldwide. We're looking for a skilled Workforce Specialist to help streamline operations and match talent effectively.

The ideal candidate will oversee workforce planning, monitor absenteeism and attrition, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to leadership and manage workforce planning using forecast models.
  • Monitor and manage daily absenteeism and attrition.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure new hires are matched to the right clients.
  • Utilize tools like Lever and MySQL to match idle talent with active opportunities.
  • Manage offboarding processes to ensure timely removal of tools and system access.
  • Track account churn and work with leadership to secure replacements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of all active employees, including accurate organisational charts.
  • Provide daily workforce health updates and coordinate staffing needs as required.
Reports and Deliverables:
  • Active employee count (by job level).
  • Prior Day, WTD, and MTD absenteeism rates.
  • Prior Day, WTD, and MTD attrition rates.
  • Client run rate churn rates and geo-specific churn reports.
  • Ad-hoc WFM reports as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
  • Proficiency in workforce tools and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
