Job Title: Senior Staff Services

The ideal candidate will lead the technical delivery of GE's Market Management Systems (MMS) offerings, ensuring contractual commitments are met and supporting customer implementations across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical implementation and development of MMS solutions for major customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
  • Manage customer interactions, providing guidance and establishing trust.
  • Collaborate across functions to meet project goals and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in tools and processes.
  • Apply Agile and DevOps practices for efficient software deployment.
  • Manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • No less than 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, especially in the electrical utility industry.
  • Experience with operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS.
  • Knowledge of energy markets and systems integration is a plus.
