About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional IT service to our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support to end users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for PCs, Windows operating systems, and Apple mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and fundamental network issues remotely.
- Document and manage support requests through our IT Service Management platform.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with users to facilitate prompt and efficient resolutions.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior technicians as required.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and follow-up abilities.
- Maintains confidentiality and addresses sensitive requests with professionalism.
- Outstanding proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills supporting employees at all levels.
- Prior experience providing support for PC hardware, Windows 10/11, and Apple iOS devices.
- Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting skills.
- Microsoft 365 applications expertise, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environment knowledge.
- On-premises Active Directory user and group management skills.
- ITIL principles and IT Service Management frameworks knowledge.
