We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Technical Consultant to join our team. This role will involve assisting customers in adopting our platform for integration and automation from both business and technical perspectives. You will define and drive best practices, working closely with customer business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to achieve value quickly.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather integration and automation requirements and lead the solution design process jointly.
  • Share best practices from a business and technical perspective, related to deployment models, governance structures, integration design and build.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, and identify opportunities for platform enhancements.
  • Become a subject matter expert in our platform and its applications across various industries.
  • Become a trusted customer advisor and advocate within our organization.
  • Participate in post-onboarding deployment health checks and guidance on integration and process optimizations.
  • Contribute to the growth of our team by creating or enhancing content such as presentations, demos, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of integrations and system design principles.
  • Good understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in the app integration space.
  • Demonstrated good understanding of database technologies, such as SQL and Postgres.
  • Experience working with at least one (1) Integration Platform.
