Virtual Assistant Job

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented virtual assistant with experience in administrative support roles.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company's CRM by ensuring all client and agent data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support database updates, reporting, and data management for agents.
  • Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.
  • Source property listings based on client needs and criteria.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to ensure tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain professionalism in all client and stakeholder interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using Monday.com or any CRM-related tools.
  • Must have experience using Canva and VTiger.
  • Familiarity with Wix and WordPress is required.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly the Australian market, is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools is a plus.
  • A background in real estate or property-related industries is essential.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
