As a video editor in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for creating captivating video presentations that showcase properties in the best possible light.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit real estate video presentations using advanced editing software, combining ground footage, drone shots, and music to highlight property features with a cinematic edge.
  • Structure video narratives that match the aesthetic expectations of modern real estate buyers and align with brand guidelines and listing goals.
  • Deliver high-quality videos within tight deadlines, completing one full video per shift and delivering a second video from that batch the next day.
  • Organize and sync raw media from multiple camera sources, ensuring color consistency, clean transitions, and audio clarity.
  • Work closely with producers and clients to implement feedback quickly and accurately, especially for high-stakes listings or brand-driven content.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5.5+ years of advanced editing experience with Final Cut Pro X, including multi-cam workflows, transitions, stabilization, and color grading.
  • Proven experience editing videos for real estate listings, including familiarity with drone integration and walkthrough formats.
  • Strong design and composition sense, especially in showcasing architectural features, interior lighting, and exterior landscaping.
  • Ability to manage high-volume content with fast turnaround while maintaining consistent visual and brand quality.
  • Comfortable receiving and executing on client feedback, with strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
