Job Opportunity: Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our real estate operations as a Transaction Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in real estate support, excellent English communication skills, and experience handling cold calling and transaction coordination.

  • The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for buyer and seller inquiries via phone or email.
  • This role involves scheduling meetings, inspections, and follow-ups between clients and agents.
  • A key responsibility of this position is maintaining and updating transaction tracking systems throughout the property sales cycle.
  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading contracts and other real estate documents is also an essential part of the job.
  • The successful candidate will ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and industry regulations.
  • This role also involves assisting in creating marketing materials to promote listings.
  • The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing online property listings and social media channels.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting US and UK Real Estate Markets.
  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate cold calling, preferably in the AU/NZ market.
  • Proficiency in CRM & transaction tools is essential.
  • C1-level English fluency is required.
