Job Title: Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of back office processes in the real estate industry and be adept at managing multiple implementations simultaneously.

About the Role

The successful Implementation Specialist will be responsible for assessing client business needs, developing customized implementation plans, and delivering product training sessions via phone and web conference software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client current business needs and workflows to provide consultative recommendations on how they should use the BoldTrail BackOffice platform.
  • Develop and manage a customized Implementation plan for each client, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
  • Provide system configuration assistance, handling complex scenarios directly to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Deliver high-quality product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure effective adoption of the platform.
  • Communicate project implementation progress with internal stakeholders and clients, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the process.
  • Identify and implement technical solutions to de-escalate client concerns, facilitating issue resolution and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in developing client relationships quickly is required, with a proven track record of building strong partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats.
  • Relentless attention to detail and follow-through are critical, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and deadlines are met.
  • A proven history of conflict resolution with both internal teams and client issues is necessary, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex situations effectively.
  • Experience managing complex technical scenarios is required, with a solid understanding of technology and its applications in the real estate industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field is preferred, although relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
