The role of a strategic Financial Leader is crucial in supporting executive decision-making. This multi-entity position will provide comprehensive financial insights, guiding fiscal planning and growth.

A seasoned Finance Controller will oversee a back-office team, focusing on development and scaling to meet expanding business needs.

This role includes:

  • Providing regular financial updates, forecasts, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Overseeing Month-End Reporting, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation across multiple entities and states
  • Managing cash flows analysis, annual budgeting processes, and driving financial accountability across all departments

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred. They should also have 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of multi-entity, multi-state payroll, tax filings, and compliance requirements, including experience with income tax.

They should be able to manage and grow high-performing teams, demonstrate exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and have experience working with professional services vendors.
