Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent communication.
- Provide regular updates on project status, goals, requirements, and timelines to stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Address client concerns promptly and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle, building trust and confidence.
Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and implement improvements, driving continuous process refinement.
Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improve project outcomes.
Pitches and Presentations
- Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing valuable insights and support in project management.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity and impact.
Industry Knowledge
- Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities within the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management, applying this knowledge to drive success.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools, staying ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement, driving a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or project management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, creative, or technology industries is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is preferred, but not required.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, building strong relationships and trust with colleagues.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work setting, managing time and responsibilities effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Salary Range: The estimated annual salary range for this position is PHP 540,000 - 720,000. Currency: PHP
