We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. The primary responsibility of the Virtual Assistant is to be organized, prioritize tasks efficiently, and support the Executive Assistant.

The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of the English language, possess a strong work ethic, and have prior administrative experience. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency
  • Capture and input information into the company database accurately
  • Keep all filing systems up-to-date and well-organized
  • Provide support in a team-based environment
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders via email, phone, or in-person meetings
  • Respond promptly to emails and phone calls
  • Schedule meetings and appointments efficiently
  • Book travel and accommodations as needed
  • Manage a contact list and update it regularly
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
  • Create presentations as assigned by management
  • Meet team productivity and accuracy standards
  • Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • Follow policies, procedures, and workflows set by department leadership
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed
Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (within a BPO preferred)
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
