We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our property management team as a Support Operations Team Member. This is a unique opportunity for an organized and proactive person who excels at building positive relationships with tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming tenant calls and responding to inquiries about properties, accounts, and rental terms.
  • Ensure timely updates and follow-ups on work orders, renewals, and other tenant concerns.
  • Accurately document all call details and escalate issues, complaints, and service requests to the relevant team members.
  • Maintain a professional and reassuring tone to foster strong tenant relationships.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Empathetic Communicator: Possesses excellent communication skills and can calmly handle tenant concerns.
  • Organized: Is able to stay on top of call documentation and manage multiple tenant needs with accuracy.
  • Proactive: Takes initiative to follow up with management and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
  • Experience: Has general work experience, preferably in call centers, reception, or property management support.
