At our organization, you will play a vital role in tenant engagement and lease administration. Your responsibilities will include identifying prospective tenants, drafting and negotiating lease terms, and building strong relationships with existing tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to showcase properties
  • Negotiate lease agreements that meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with tenants
Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to attract clients
  • Prepare and present market analysis reports to stakeholders
Lease Administration & Documentation:
  • Collaborate with senior executives to prepare and review legal documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure lease compliance
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation
Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with property managers and tenants to optimize occupancy and revenue
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives and tenant retention strategies
  • Facilitate collaboration between departments to ensure seamless operations
Administrative Support for Senior Leadership:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for review
  • Assist in drafting, proofreading, and finalizing lease agreements and internal communications
  • Organize and maintain leasing files, databases, and records
  • Act as a liaison between leadership, clients, tenants, and internal teams
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
