Job Title: Business Operations Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and organized Business Operations Assistant to oversee project management, workflow alignment, and team coordination. This role is ideal for someone with excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling: Coordinate project timelines, task tracking, and workflow alignment across teams.
- Documentation Management: Maintain up-to-date documentation, SOPs, and project status updates. Ensure seamless communication between teams.
- Vendor and Contractor Support: Assist with vendor and contractor onboarding, invoicing, and communication.
- Bottleneck Identification: Flag operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to support leadership decision-making.
- Weekly Reporting: Provide weekly operational reports on progress, resource allocation, and upcoming needs.
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative coordination. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday) and Google Workspace required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
This role involves working independently in a remote setup with limited supervision. The Business Operations Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our teams.
