
Business Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounting and Business Operations, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring business listings across platforms
- Communicating with business sellers through professional calls and emails
- Drafting, proofreading, and sending correspondence with flawless English grammar and tone
- Assisting with daily administrative and executive support tasks
- Handling Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling
- Managing Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting bookkeeping tasks as required
- Preparing reports, maintaining organized documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly preferred
- Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must sound natural and professional)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools
