As a seasoned Real Estate Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire real estate transaction process, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Coordination: Manage and optimize CRM systems to improve operational activities based on client priorities, including transaction and database management.
  • Buyer and Seller Support: Oversee transactions from initial contact through closing, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the process.
  • Pre-Listing Materials: Prepare pre-listing materials, obtain necessary signatures on listing agreements and disclosures, and ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation.
  • MLS and Marketing Listings: Input listing information on MLS and marketing websites, and submit documentation to the office broker for review and approval.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate with third parties such as title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • Inspections and Negotiations: Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and ensure completion of all tasks.
  • Document Compliance: Submit necessary documentation for file compliance and update the client database system to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Conduct customer follow-up to assist with home improvements, gather referrals, or perform circle prospecting to maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused, motivated by achievements, and collaborative in nature.
  • Ability to manage competing demands and a diverse workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently during client business hours with minimal supervision.
  • A workstation meeting company technical requirements, with a focus on security and efficiency.
