Job Title

This role involves developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads that meet the company's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Conduct thorough research on potential leads through various channels, including social media, online research, and networking events.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to assess their needs, budget, and purchase intent, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
  • CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Lead Nurturing: Utilize email marketing and other communication tools to nurture leads and provide them with relevant content and information.
  • Sales Handoff: Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, providing comprehensive information and context.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
