Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a systematic scheduling process to ensure accurate and timely client care.
  • Build relationships with caregivers, clients, and healthcare professionals to identify suitable matches.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone or email, providing detailed information about services and scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Coordinate caregiver recruitment efforts through job boards, social media, and creative channels.
  • Phone screen, conduct virtual interviews, and perform reference checks on caregivers to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Remind candidates of upcoming orientation sessions to increase show rates and streamline the hiring process.
  • Verify completed schedules for billing and payroll accuracy, ensuring seamless invoicing and payment processing.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing or customer service within a healthcare setting.
  • Proven recruiting skills, with a focus on problem-solving and independent work capability.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
