This role is responsible for managing and coordinating caregiver schedules to match each individual client's needs. The scheduler will maintain strong communication with clients, caregivers, and the agency, resolving scheduling conflicts promptly.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign caregivers based on client needs, skills, and availability.
- Adjust schedules for emergencies, last-minute absences, and urgent client needs.
- Communicate schedule changes to caregivers and clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Homecare Scheduler or in a related field. They should be skilled in using scheduling software and have experience managing complex schedules.
Strong time management and communication skills are essential for this role. Prior experience in homecare, healthcare, or senior care is also beneficial.
