About this role:

This Senior Employee Relations Project Manager will work closely with HR colleagues and managers to manage employee performance through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and conduct thorough investigations of sensitive workplace cases.

The role involves analyzing employment-related data to support investigation outcomes and maintaining accurate, confidential records regarding investigations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct thorough investigations of sensitive workplace cases, including fraud, theft, harassment, retaliation, etc.
  • Analyze employment-related data in support of investigation outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain confidential records regarding investigations.
  • Identify and report practices creating legal risk to mitigate organizational liability.
  • Collaborate with HR to resolve complaints.
  • Partner with Business Partners and Managers to drive performance management across the organization.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, combined with 8 years of progressive experience in employee relations/complaint investigations or related fields.
