Project coordination is a vital component of any successful project.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the effective execution of project tasks by coordinating daily activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational, time management, and multitasking ability, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana is also required.

  • Support day-to-day coordination of project activities and deliverables
  • Track project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines
  • Assist in planning meetings, taking notes, and managing follow-ups
  • Maintain and regularly update project plans, timelines, and task trackers

This position requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities. The ideal candidate will be able to provide administrative support to project managers and technical leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
