Job Role:

A detail-oriented and proactive Construction Planner is needed to support a growing workload across tender programming, project reviews, and reporting.

This role involves developing, reviewing, and maintaining construction programs for various projects, providing programming support for tenders, project reviews, and reporting, and analysing project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain construction programs for various projects.
  • Provide programming support for tenders, project reviews, and reporting.
  • Analyse project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured program reports for clients.
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Support ongoing communication and coordination with stakeholders as needed.

Proven experience as a Construction Planner/Programmer in the construction industry is essential. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing is also required.

On-site experience in commercial construction will be desirable. Proficiency in project programming tools/software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, is necessary. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Planner/Programmer in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
  • On-site experience in commercial construction (desirable).
  • Proficiency in project programming tools/software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present timelines and reports clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.
