Job Overview

The Software Support Specialist II plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless experience of ConnectWise partners by providing top-notch support and troubleshooting services.

Responsibilities
  • Provides expert-level support to partners via various channels including email, phone, chat, cases, and remote sessions.
  • Collaborates with colleagues to identify and escalate trending issues and potential software defects.
  • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services, providing accurate and timely information to partners.
  • Communicates new release features and improvements to partners, enhancing their overall experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical service-oriented position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a willingness to adapt to changing technologies.
  • Preferred: Basic understanding of IT, Professional Services, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) markets.
