Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our clients and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Delivery: Offer prompt and efficient assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat using CRM software.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in customer support procedures.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
Requirements:
  • Languages: Fluent English proficiency.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Skillset: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple issues simultaneously. Fast learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
