Job Summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients in the home services industry.

You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering inquiries, and booking appointments with our clients. Your primary goal is to represent the client professionally, following their standard greeting.

A successful candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. You will be trained on our CRM/scheduling platforms and take detailed call summary notes, including contact information and relevant details.

We are seeking a motivated and hard-working individual who is eager to add value within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and answer inquiries for home services clients.
  • Represent the client professionally and follow the client's standard greeting.
  • Book appointments on the client's CRM/scheduling platforms.
  • Take detailed call summary notes including contact information, reason for inquiry, and other relevant details.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with CRM/scheduling platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment.

Ideally you have experience working from home but it is not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to add value within our company.
