Main Purpose of the Job:
The Regional Sales Planner Expert will facilitate regional review of issues and opportunities, and provide regional input to the annual integrated commercial planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster collaboration among regional teams to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in reviewing total region OPL baselines and uplifts, proposing an OPL breakdown per Channel/Distributor/Customer.
- Catalyze regional initiatives, activities, and reporting requirements, including consolidation of ageing stocks report, coordination of flush out activities, allocation of seasonal merchandisers, regional office management, and PR/GR reporting.
- Provide expertise on ICP & MBP Process and Standards to Field Sales Managers.
