Job Overview

MCI is seeking skilled and customer-focused technical support representatives to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for various clients across industries. The role requires responding to technical inquiries, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guiding users through solutions with patience and professionalism.

Candidates must have prior call center experience and reside within a reasonable distance from our office location.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Work-from-home experience
  • Strong command of the English language
