Real Estate Operations Manager

- Manage daily operations of short-term rental properties, including coordinating maintenance, ensuring guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.
- Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
- Prepare financial statements and reports; perform financial analysis; ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
- No prior experience required, but stability and fast internet connection are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
