Shaping Employer Branding Strategies

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to foster positive workplace culture and drive engagement.
  • Manage official communication channels, ensuring timely dissemination of important announcements to maintain transparency and professionalism.
  • Respond to queries on company social platforms using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct background checks for new employees, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Oversee employee records and update HR databases and trackers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR or relevant internships and HR certifications are highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, organizational and administrative skills, project management, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital tools such as Google Suite applications, presentation and graphic tools, and various social media platforms.
