Job Title: Business Process Automation Specialist

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled automation specialist to migrate our jewelry business operations, including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations, to Zoho One.

The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless transition, optimize workflows, and manage the Zoho ecosystem effectively post-migration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  • Set up integration tools like Zapier or Make (Integromat) for smooth third-party connections.
  • Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance.
  • Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator).

Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat).

Ability to integrate APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.).

Background in business process automation and optimization for jewelry or retail industries.

Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.

Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting.

Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring data accuracy during migration and system management.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with jewelry businesses or e-commerce brands.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems like QuickBooks for financial reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of SEO/marketing tools for sales optimization within Zoho.
