Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing automation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using Go High Level for marketing automation and campaign management.

The selected individual will be responsible for setting up and configuring the software according to company requirements, customizing settings to align with business processes and goals.

The role also involves identifying opportunities for automation within GHL and implementing automated workflows, creating and managing automated campaigns, email sequences, SMS, and follow-up sequences.

The successful candidate will set up lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels in GHL, configuring lead scoring and segmentation, and implementing lead nurturing strategies.

Additionally, the specialist will customize and manage the GHL CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance, and creating and managing pipelines, deals, and contact records.

The role requires developing and managing marketing campaigns using GHL, setting up and tracking email, SMS, and social media campaigns, and analyzing performance.

The ideal candidate will configure communication channels within GHL (email, SMS, chat), setting up appointment scheduling and reminders, and ensuring consistent and professional communication.

Furthermore, the specialist will create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in GHL, monitoring key metrics and KPIs, and providing regular updates.

The successful candidate will train team members on using GHL effectively, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for GHL-related issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 5 years experience in using Go High Level for marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of GHL features, updates, and integrations.
