The role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, implementing efficient systems, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards within the bank. This position requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to process improvement and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to analyze existing business processes, workflows, and procedures.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in operational processes.
  • Design and implement process improvements, including automation initiatives and workflow optimizations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding and adoption of new processes and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to track improvements and identify further optimization opportunities.
  • Continuously review and update process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems based on relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 27001 for information security).
  • Assist in conducting internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in business process management, systems analysis, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to banking operations and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
  • Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, or compliance evaluations is advantageous.
  • Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite
