Job Title: IT Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team of IT specialists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

Responsibilities:

  • Automate tasks and build applications using Power Automate and Power Apps on Dataverse.
  • Partner with accounting teams to implement AP/AR, approvals, bank recs, and other processes using Dynamics 365 Business Central and QuickBooks Online.
  • Mature Microsoft 365 governance, including Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Lead and mentor IT Specialists, implementing runbooks, SOPs, and a lightweight Center of Excellence.

Outcomes within 90 days:

  • Implement three production automations saving at least 10 hours per week.
  • Establish MFA/Conditional Access baseline and DLP policies for Power Platform.
  • Develop a BC/QBO automation roadmap and live KPI dashboard.

Requirements:

  • Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas/Model driven), Dataverse, SharePoint/Teams integration, API/connectors.
  • Player coach leadership.
  • Accounting data fluency.

Nice to Have:

  • Dynamics 365 Business Central (APIs/AL basics).
  • Power BI/DAX.
  • Entra/Intune.
  • Azure.
  • RPA Desktop.

Work Setup:

This role is open to remote work arrangement with in-person collaboration when possible.
